B-282 is a white 3.3 mil thermal transfer printable clean label stock. It features a cleanly removable, 1 mil thick, low tack pressure sensitive adhesive. The adhesive is removable and residue free, yet maintains sound adhesion to cleanroom bags
The total construction offers extremely low outgassing, low ionic contamination, low total extractable tin, and is silicone free.
The synthetic facesheet gives excellent print contrast. We recommended the Brady Series R4300 PC ribbon.
B-282 is designed for clean room applications where the highest level of cleanliness is required. It is the ideal label for use in shipper/carrier identification for the disk drive and semiconductor industries.
B-282 is also available with low particulates and ions when web cleaned and packaged in Brady's class 100 clean room.
