Made from natural graphite, eGRAF® SPREADERSHIELD™ products function as both a passive heat spreader and heat shield. SPREADERSHIELD material is offered in a variety of in-plane thermal conductivities, from 300 to 500 W/m-K, and can be die-cut, press formed, or laminated with plastics, metals, adhesives, and other materials. Every SPREADERSHIELD part can be customized to meet specific applicator needs and improve thermal performance within a limited space and weight.

  • Flexible and compressible enough to conform to product contours
  • Can be laminated with plastics, metals or adhesives to improve performance
  • Offered in thicknesses from 0.05mm (0.002")
  • Contains no moving parts, with no risk of mechanical failure
  • Contains no hazardous materials, is non-toxic, RoHS compliant and UL 94 V-O flammability rated
  • Inert to most chemicals and gases, with a high degree of chemical compatibility.
